Turmeric
Turmeric is a bright yellow spice made from the root of the Curcuma longa plant and is widely used in cooking, especially in Indian and Southeast Asian cuisines. Known for its warm, earthy flavor and vibrant color, turmeric is a key ingredient in curries, rice dishes, and spice blends like curry powder. Beyond its culinary uses, turmeric is highly valued for its medicinal properties. It contains curcumin, a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound believed to help with conditions like arthritis, digestive issues, and even in boosting immunity. Turmeric has been used in traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for centuries and is also popular today in health drinks, teas, and supplements.

Jaggery
Jaggery is a traditional, unrefined sweetener made from sugarcane juice or palm sap, commonly used in South Asian, African, and Latin American cuisines. It has a rich, caramel-like flavor and a deep golden to dark brown color, depending on the source and processing method. Unlike refined sugar, jaggery retains natural molasses, which gives it its distinct taste and provides small amounts of minerals like iron, magnesium, and potassium. It is often used in sweets, desserts, and festive dishes, as well as in herbal remedies and traditional medicine for its supposed digestive and detoxifying benefits. Jaggery is considered a healthier alternative to white sugar when used in moderation.

Surgical Knife
A surgical knife, commonly known as a scalpel, is a small, sharp-bladed instrument used by surgeons and medical professionals to make precise incisions during surgeries and medical procedures. It typically consists of a handle and a detachable blade made of stainless steel or high-grade carbon steel, ensuring sharpness and hygiene. Scalpels come in various sizes and shapes, each designed for specific types of procedures—from delicate eye surgeries to larger body incisions. Some modern scalpels also use laser or electric blades. Due to its precision and effectiveness, the surgical knife is an essential tool in operating rooms, ensuring minimal tissue damage and faster healing.

Generic Drugs
Generic drugs are medications that have the same active ingredients, strength, dosage form, and route of administration as brand-name drugs, but are sold under their chemical name rather than a brand name. They are approved by regulatory authorities like the FDA (U.S.) or CDSCO (India) only after proving they are bioequivalent to the original branded version—meaning they work in the same way and provide the same clinical benefits. Generic drugs are significantly more affordable because they do not carry the development and marketing costs of brand-name drugs. Despite being less expensive, they are equally effective, safe, and high in quality, making them an essential part of healthcare systems worldwide by improving access to treatment.

DTH hammers and bits
Down-the-Hole (DTH) hammers and bits are essential tools used in drilling operations for mining, construction, and water well drilling. The DTH hammer operates by using compressed air to drive a piston that delivers rapid percussive blows directly to the drill bit, which is located at the bottom of the hammer. This design ensures efficient energy transfer and deeper, straighter holes even in hard rock formations. The bits, typically made from high-grade tungsten carbide, come in various shapes and sizes to match different ground conditions and drilling requirements. DTH systems are favored for their durability, high penetration rates, and ability to maintain borehole accuracy over long depths.
